Wale [a DC native] is such a fresh of breath air in Hip-Hop. You ever get tired of hearing the same mundane songs on the radio, and when something fresh comes on, you feel so relieved?! That's what Wale does for me [& I'm sure I'm not the only one]. Not only is he a dope lyricist but, in interviews he makes you want to know more about him. He's not doing this for the money. He does it b/c he loves it [Gah, that's good to hear!]
His album [Attention Deficit] is to drop in September.
