I kno right, where has she been? My mama loved her some Tweet [for some odd reason,lol.] Ciara's hair cut bothers me. It's not the cut, it's how she talks about it. It's like we know it's a wig. They have already said its a hair piece & she says she wanted to "try something new"?? & that her 'hair' is still long underneath or was that long hair a wig too? I get so lost when it comes to celebs hair...the cut is cute tho. Yea, maybe before everyone else did it, it would've stood out more. Oh well!
